How do I enter information about children's allergies and get reports?

You can enter allergy information for a child with these steps:

  • Go to the Children's Department.
  • Click on the Medical Tab.
  • Click on the Medical Information tab.
  • Click edit and add the information about the allergies for a particular child under the Allergies/Conditions/Medications tab.
  • Click on Accept this Entry button to save the information.

To get reports on allergies and special needs:

  • Go to the Children's Department.
  • Click on the Medical Tab.
  • Click on the Allergies/Special Needs Report.
