Some active children are not showing in the Edit All Attendance form. How do I fix this?
Problem: Active children are not showing in the forms:
- Single Attendance form
- Edit All Attendance form
- Meals Served form
In early 2010, an audit trail for the enrollment process was added in iCare. Whereupon, a history of enrollment and discharge dates is recorded. Earlier, such a trail was available only through the attendance and scheduling processes.
You could face this problem only in some cases when upgrading from an older version.
Work Around:
- Open the Enrollment form and find the child that is not showing in above mentioned areas.
- Click on Edit.
- Click on Save.
