Why are some children not showing in the Account Register/Receivables Ledger Manager drop-down list?

Children in an account would not show in the Account Register/Receivables Ledger Manager for any of the following reasons:

  • Children are inactive (make them active through the Enrollment Form)
  • Child does not have a relationship with the account holder (set relationship with the account holder through the Enrollment Form.)
  • Account holder is not an account for the child (set account holder as Payer1 or Payer2 in the Fee and Schedule Form.)
