Error message: 3015 C:\DCMS9003\Databases\Maincenter\DCMSMain.mdb isn't an index in this table

This problem is probably due to a damaged database. Try this first:

  1. Have all other users of iCare exit from iCare (other workstations, lobby interface). They do not need to log out of Windows.
  2. Run Tools > Database Maintenance > Repair and compact database.
  3. Exit iCare and restart it.

If this does not solve the problem, contact Support at Orgamation.
