How do I clear out demo billings?

If you have entered demo or testing information while you were testing or training, you can delete these.

 

Go to the Tools menu -> Billing -> Restart billing. Follow the instructions on the form to delete demo billings. Click "Display family accounts" or "Display subsidy accounts" to list all of those acccounts in the first box. Select specific accounts and use the arrow buttons to move accounts into the second box. When you are sure that the accounts in the second box are correct, click "Restart billing of selected accounts" to reset them.

 

To delete demo enrollments, set their discharge dates to any past date. This will make them inactive and will exclude them from any searches that involve active students.
