What is the Age Break criterion in entering time based (FTPT) schedules?

Rate charts could be based on age. For example, children under 2 may have a higher rate than children over 2. Age based rates are applied in several stored billing procedures.

However, in the Type-Based (FTPT) scheduling form special considerations were included for making the form usable as a 'subsidy voucher' handler. This required that no schedule could be entered where a child's certain birthday, called age break birthday, would not fall between the Start Date and End Date of the schedule.

If you have to enter a schedule (voucher) where a child's age break birthday falls in the middle, then you have to break that schedule into two schedules. The first schedule should end on the day before the age break birthday and the second shchedule should start on the birthday.
