Can I see our daily attendance (loading profile, attendance profile) in a graph?
Yes. The Attendance Profile for the day is displayed by a bar graph
that shows the number of children present. It is drawn in 15 minute
intervals.
You can compare the graph with the overall capacity of your school to see the times of day where you have enrollment openings.
You can also display the Child-Teacher Ratio ticker, which is not a graph, but which does give up-to-the-minute ratio information, and has tools to let you rebalance classrooms.
In the area of graphs, other graphs with past attendance trends and interactive staff scheduling are also available.
