Some of my children arrive at the Day Care by groups on a bus or a car. Is there a way to punch them in together as they arrive?
Yes. The Bus Line information has to be entered in iCare; a unique
password and ID is issued to the Bus Line the same way as it is issued
to each parent. When you enter the bus line code, iCare will prompt you
with each of the children codes expected on the bus. You can check
whether each of the expected children is there. This method allows all the children
on a bus to be entered very quickly.
