iCare does not automatically add new children to the existing RSVP questions, but you can easily update this.

Solution:

Go to the Message Center menu and select "RSVP Messages...".

Select the RSVP question and click the Edit button.

Click ">>" to put all children into the recipient list.

Click "Save changes".
