Most iCare reports print according to the settings of the Windows default printer. This can happen, for example, if you were printing envelopes so the printer's page size settings changed.

Go to the Windows printer settings and change the default page size to 8.5" x 11":

1. Go to the Start menu.

2. Select Control Panel.

3. Select Printers and Faxes.

4. Select your printer.

5. Select Properties from the Printer menu.

6. Select the Device Settings tab.

7. Set the appropriate trays to Letter.
