How do I print statements for inactive accounts?
There are 2 ways to do this:
- Open the Current Statement report. In the Data Filter choose PayerName in the Field dropdown list. In the value box enter the last name of the account. Press Enter.
- From the Child Enrollment Form, do Find Child and search for inactive accounts. When you find the correct child, click Accounting and select Account Register. This will show all the transactions for that account. You can filter on both Data and Date to get transactions for that account for a specified period. Click on the Viewer for preview and printing options.
