Below is a list of standard reports available in iCare.

—          You can also create new user-built reports in iCare using the Ad Hoc Query Builder or the Data Browser features. See Making Reports, Browsing Data and Exporting Data for details (page 245).

All user-built reports can be memorized for repeated future use.

Location of Reports

Reports are accessible in several ways: All the listed reports, except the messaging reports, are accessible through the Report Center menu or through the department tabs.

§         Report Center: All reports, except the messaging reports, are accessible through the Report Center, which is organized by different subjects.

§         Department tabs: All reports, except the messaging reports, are accessible through the department tabs.

To reach these, click on any department, and select a tab in the department. Reports are on the bottom part of the list.

§         Toolbar: Some frequently used reports are included in the Toolbar. This is a quick way to access these reports. To hide or show report icons in the Toolbar, click on the Customize icon in the Toolbar, select Customize Toolbar. Check an icon to show it or uncheck an icon to hide it.

§         Message Center: The messaging reports are accessible through the Message Center menu.

§         Report buttons on forms: Most forms have either an Other Views button at the top or a report button at the bottom of the form to open related reports.

In the tables below we have shown only one of the methods of accessing the report.
