DCMS 9003 - Database, Interface and an Open-System Technology

DCMS 9003 is the foundation product that supports iCare and all related products. To these products, DCMS provides the database and  the “open-system” technology that lets you create your own tables, fields, forms and reports and a configurable interface. This means you can track anything you like in your own way.

Both products install in a folder named DCMS9003, and the main database supporting these products is called DCMSMain.mdb.

ICareSQL – iCare with SQL Server database

iCareSQL is also a complete management software for all types of businesses in the childcare and early education industry. It has the same features and design of iCare; however, it has two main differences. It is built using the very robust Microsoft SQL Server database and it has a site, regional and corporate identification and reporting feature.

It is ideal for organizations that have a very large enrollment size, high computing needs, multiple sites and want central, regional and local management.

iCareWeb – Web-based extension of iCare for Parents

iCareWeb is an extension of iCare and iCareSQL to the Internet. It is a web-based software that is installed on your own site and not on a public server, so your data remains safe on your computers. Currently, this software includes the following features for live interaction with parents:
