You can put each iCare user into a user group, for example Supervisors, Teachers, Aides. Then you can give each group access to just the forms and fields that they need.

Use the System Configuration -> Screen Security menu to set up user groups. User Group Limits lets you restrict access to forms and menus. User Group Permissions lets you set specific fields on forms so some groups can only see information (without being able to change it) or to not see it at all.

For example, you can easily restrict everyone in a group from voiding transactions in the Receivables Ledger Manager.

You can also hide fields from everyone by setting their permission to "Can not see" for the "CENTER" user group. If a field is hidden or locked for a user group and also for the "CENTER" user group, iCare uses the most restrictive permission.
