Yes, you can. When you edit and change the existing program names from the program structures form, the system will ask you if you want to change the program names of the children and staff. If you say 'yes', then those program names will be changed automatically.

However, the ProgramName change will not cascade to the following areas:

1. Meal times for each program
2. Future actions
3. Old attendance records (should not be changed for audit purpose)
4. Old meal served records (should not be changed for audit purpose)

Also, if you want to remove a program name then you have to make sure that no children or staff are enrolled in that program.
