When I try to archive my data I get an error message, what should I do?
It is very likely that you have an old version of the archive database file. You
need to download the latest version of the file, ArchiveMain.mdb, as
shown below.
WARNING: Before downloading the file, make sure you have not archived your data before. Otherwise, you could accidentally replace your archived data with a blank file.
If you have archived before take this extra step:
Rename the file, ArchiveMain.mdb, in the folder, C:\DCMS9003\Databases\MainCenter, to ArchiveMain_mm-dd-yyyy.mdb, where mm-dd-yyyy stands for the date on which you had done the last archiving. (You can name it something else too if you prefer some other naming scheme.)
Get the latest version of the archiving file:
Download the latest version of the file, ArchiveMain.mdb, from www.orgamation.com/ServicePacks and save it in your C:\DCMS9003\Database\MainCenter folder. If you are using a network for iCare then you need to save the file in the corresponding folder on the server.
