What is the Day Ending Process? What should I do to make it happen?
The Day Ending Process is a special program that performs automation
and system maintenance functions. It closes all the forms, runs the
automated billing, and compacts the database. The Day Ending time can
be set in the Center System Information form. iCare must be running at
the Day Ending time to run the Day Ending Process.
The time for the Day Ending Process should be after the closing time of the center, when all the transactions for the day have completed and the children and staff have punched out.
