The iCare Fingerprint Reader, supplied by Orgamation, can be installed with iCare for the purpose of entering authenticated attendance. It eliminates the possibility of someone finagling attendance data or wrongfully entering attendance for someone else.

The fingerprint reader can be used for both the staff and for parents to enter attendance for their children. When a person scans their finger for the 1^st time on the reader, the fingerprint is recognized as a new entry and you will be prompted to register that fingerprint.

Once a fingerprint is registered and that finger is scanned again it will be recognized and the Lobby Interface will open with the password of that person. You can then utilize all the attendance, messaging, accounting and RSVP features of the Lobby Interface.
