Yes. iCare has a Special Events form where you can enter upcoming events, the fees involved, and special instructions, and select the participants. A special Participation report is provided to keep track of the events and participants.

A brief description of this feature is as follows:

1. Create classes and events that have a fixed period of specified number of weeks; i.e., start and end dates.
2. The schedule of the class repeats on a weekly cycle in that period.
3. There is an associated fee that needs to be charged just once for that class or event.
4. Included in this feature are reports on classes that were created, children that were enrollment in those classes, assigned teachers and whether the fees was billed or not.
