How do I find a parent who has been made inactive and make changes to their old account?
To Find Old Inactive Accounts
If you know the name of the child, you can use Find Child to find the inactive child/family or use Find Adult.
To Make Changes to their Accounts
1. Click on AR icon to open the current statement. If there are any transactions for that account in the last 30 days, then the names of the adult and child will show. Otherwise, use the Date filter to go to a period that would have a transaction for that account.
2. Double-click on any transaction of that account. This opens the Receivables Ledger Manager.
Now you can make any changes to the account, such as voiding a bounced check.
