How do I control the teacher child ratios?

You can manage the teacher child ratio with the Teacher-Child Ratio Ticker. The ticker shows the number of teachers and children in each classroom at any time of the day. It is color-coded and the colors indicate the status of each program separately.
  • A red entry shows that the program is in violation: not enough teachers are in the room.
  • A blue entry shows that the program is in compliance.
  • A black entry shows that the number of teachers present is more than nominally needed.

You can use buttons on the ticker to reassign children or staff, change clock/attendance data, or get attendance reports.
