iCare has several features to help you schedule staff.

The easiest method is the scheduler and trends graph. It immediately shows you the scheduled children (green line), expected children (orange line), scheduled staff (yellow line), and staff required (blue line). You can check this for any day of the week for a specific program or for all programs together.

You can check the utlitization report for exact numbers of children scheduled and staff needed for 30-minute time slots.

The staff attendance menu also has detailed trend reports.
