(This answer pertains to use of the Export/Import feature of with the choice of 'Import from Other Applications' and the selection of Excel Template.

Yes, when doing an import using the Excel Template and making the choice of Rewrite, all the staff in the database will be removed and the generic staff, Nancy Best, with the login credentials of User Name = 'nanb' and Password = 'nanb' will be inserted.

After the import you will be able to login into iCare as Nancy Best. After logging in you can go to the staff employment form and add your staff. For each staff entered you will get new login credentials - User Name and Password.
