iCare Knowledge Base

When iCare is first installed a generic staff member, Nancy Best, with login User Name of NANB and Password of NANB is included. This user as full administrative and supervisor rights to iCare features.

When you add your own staff members, each staff gets their own login credentials. The login credentials can be changed by you. Also, you have add each user to a particular user group to set their limits and permissions to the iCare features.
