How do I do on-call staff scheduling?

Create a new program called "ON CALL". When you add an on-call staff member, assign them to the "ON CALL" program. Do not enter a primary schedule for them.

When you want to schedule an on-call staff for a particular day, enter a temporary schedule for them.
