Help - Knowledgebase (FAQs), Videos and Tooltips

A knowledgebase of questions and answers (FAQs) is available on our website. You can look for answers in the knowledgebase by searching by keywords. Or, you can enter your own questions. All entered questions are immediately directed to the tech group and are promptly answered typically on the same day.

Help Videos on a range of topics are also available through our website.

Searching the Knowledge

To search the Knowledgebase, in iCare go to Help and click on Search Knowledge Base.

Ask a Question – enter your own question in the Knowledgebase

To ask a question, in iCare go to Help and click on Ask a Question.

Help Videos

Videos Directory: In iCare go to Help and click on Help Videos.

Videos on Specific Topics: To see a video on a specific topic click on videos icon on the form.

Tooltip Help

Many buttons and all Toolbar icons provide “Tooltip help”. Put the mouse cursor over a button without clicking it, and after a moment a brief description will pop up. The delay prevents the descriptions from popping up all the time and annoying you.
