On-Line Training and Support

Orgamation provides you live on-line training and support by connecting to your system using remote software products like LogMeIn or remote desktop connection.

By connecting on-line, we can work together with you with whatever you are trying to do. At the same time, we can also talk to you over the phone making the communications between you and our support personnel easy and quick.

For instance, you have a parent in your office with a question about a late charge on their account. If you are new to iCare or accounting, you may not be able to see why the charge is there. By connecting to your system, we can help you find the answer so you can resolve the problem right then and there while the parent is waiting.

To let us connect to you on-line, you need to install one of the remote connection software. See the section on installing on-line support software (page 41).

Most remote connection software products provide adequate security, meaning that the software will prevent any unauthorized person from connecting to your computer
