When I click on Submit Question, I get an error "This feature is not active please contact Orgamation." What to do?

You are missing a file in the DCMS9003\Resources folder. Download and save the file as follows:

  1. Go to the Web page www.orgamation.com/ServicePacks.
  2. Right-click on the filename, AskQuestion.html, and click on Save Target As.
  3. In the Save As window, select the path C:\DCMS9003\Resources. (Make sure that the File Name box shows exactly as "AskQuestion.html").
  4. Click on Save.
