New Knowledge Base!
Welcome to the new knowledge base for iCare Management Software.
Knowledge Base Contents: Currently, the knowledge base includes a selected collection of customer-asked questions about iCare, which are answered by the iCare Technical Support Team, and the iCare Tutorial Guide.
Search or Ask a Question: Search the knowledge base to see if an article already exists about your question. If you do not find a relevant article, then you may click on ‘Ask a Question’ to submit your question to the iCare Technical Support Team. You will be contacted soon with an answer. And, if your question appears to have general appeal to other customers, then it will be made available (published) to all users of the Knowledge Base.
Search: Enter keywords in the Search box and click on Go. All articles in Customer Questions and the Tutorial Guide will be searched.
Tips:
- The more keywords you type the narrower the result will be; meaning, lesser number of articles will show, which will make it easier to find what you are looking for. (For example, the single word, attendance, will result in too many articles; whereas, the words, attendance based billing, will result in far fewer articles.)
- To search for an entire phrase type the words by enclosing them in double-quotes. (For example, "user-built report", will match the words in the sequence they are typed.)
About the Tutorial Guide: The Tutorial Guide is published in MS Word from which all of the articles have been added to the Knowledgebase. There are two other ways that you can get a copy of the Tutorial Guide. A link to an electronic copy is placed on your Windows Desktop when you install iCare. Also, when you purchase iCare a press copy is shipped to you.
