The data and form templates provide an add-on method for inserting database tables, fields, forms, and reports in your system. These templates work with the new page features of the software, which allows you to create your own database tables, fields, forms, and reports in the software to track any type of information.

For example, you can create data forms with your own design and fields for tracking information like:

• Children’s progress
• Classroom grading
• Books read or activities completed

To get an add-on form template from us, you simply need to fax or email us a paper sample. We will create the template for you and put it on our server so you can download it. You would simply run the template, and the new form and report will become part of your system.

Software Customization

If your requirements for customization require programming of more complex processes than just the addition of forms and reports, then we can program them for you.
