From Other Child Care Software

Our software packages include pre-programmed utilities to automatically transfer data from a few common databases such as Procare, CCM Turbo, and other child care software. You can use these utilities even when you are just trying our software as a demo.

From Proprietary Software

If you are using a special package or proprietary database and have multiple sites, we will write a program, which will automatically transfer data from each of your sites to our software. This will be cost-effective and make it easy for you to migrate to our software.

From Any Other Source

Otherwise, if you have data in any electronic form, we will transfer it to our software.

Scope of the Data Transfer Work

Our data transfer service will allow you to transfer the following types of data:

  • Children, staff and family data
  • Accounting transactions and balances
  • Attendance and scheduling data, or
  • Any other data you may want

Our service also includes fixing the commonly found data problem of duplicates and setting up your preferences to operate the software.
