Authorized people gain access to their account information and messages. If you install the electric door option with iCare, individuals that are unauthorized will not be able to enter your building. Authorizations can be easily set up and changed with the proper permissions in iCare.

For questions that you assign a cost to (like the lunch question), you can bill parents automatically for the selections they make. So in this case, when the parent chooses PB&J Sandwich, iCare will bill the parent automatically.
Bus List
For quick check-in and out of a group of children, you can set up bus lists with codes. When the bus arrives, you can enter a code to check-in or check-out the whole group of children and make changes if any children are missing.
