You can set future start dates, discharge dates, and even handle your entire enrollment process online through Parent Portal – iCare’s web-based extension.
Waiting list
Track prospective students and enrollment inquiries through iCare’s Waiting List. You can add families and students to a waiting list if a program or class is full, and notify them as space opens up. You can also record and maintain information related to past meetings, child interviews, center visits, etc.
Setting up your programs and classes
iCare can be set up according to the same program and class structure that you run at your school. Organize your programs and classes by program name, classroom, enrollment type, slot IDs, and other classification types based on how your center operates.
Children, Family and Contacts Data
Manage family contacts, emergency contacts, authorized pick-ups, phone numbers, doctors, etc. Easily create photo IDs and badges, and also keep track of important demographic data like ethnicity and family income.

With one step, iCare can make changes to multiple children. Unenroll children, transfer multiple children from one class to another. The Mass Enrollment feature in iCare Child Care Management Software makes year-end changes to children’s status and program name quickly.
The Future Events feature in iCare lets you maintain a child’s future schedules, temporary schedules and the start and end dates for enrollment, reenrollment or un-enrollment from one place.
Teacher Notes, Memos, and Daily Activities
The Child Notepad feature enables your center or school to manage teacher notes, memos, behavioral remarks, daily activities etc. in one place in iCare. You can create categories like Math, Diapering, and Eating and keep an organized log of daily notes that teachers and staff enter. All of these notes can also be made accessible online through Parent Portal.
