iCare’s Membership Manager software is ideal for YMCAs, Boys and Girls Clubs, health clubs, and other community centers that want to have better control over their center’s memberships. Membership Dates & Fees
With iCare, you can set activation and deactivation dates for a membership. You can also set up recurring and non-recurring fees. Process one-time charges or set up recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly fees. iCare automatically bills members and keeps the account ledgers up to date and accurate.
Notes, Activities, & Memos
Record notes on each member, whether you want to keep track of activities, special needs, requests, etc. Notes can be organized and referred back at any point in time. Notes can also be printed and emailed.
Improve Communication
iCare allows you manage relationships with your customers more effectively. You can sort and filter the membership database for different demographics and criteria. With simple tools, you can send emails and notifications about new classes, schedule changes, summer camps, etc.
Check-in Solutions
Your members can do the checking in and out on their own. You can use multiple options for the front desk like a swipe card reader, fingerprint reader, electronic signature capture, and Lobby Interface. Each member is given a unique card or code/password to enter. An electric door can also be added for additional security of your facility.
