iCare has over 250 pre-built reports for internal purposes, customers and vendors, subsidy requirements, and state licensing needs, spanning enrollment, scheduling, capacity planning, accounting, billing, and multi-site management. From simple attendance sheets to year-end financial statements to your own custom reports, iCare provides flexibility to your organization in organizing, formatting, printing, and sending your data quickly and easily.
Labels, Badges, and IDs
iCare lets you format child information, addresses, staff info, etc. in iCare to print labels, photo IDs, badges, and wristbands.
Excel, Word, PDFs, etc.
Export your data into a variety of formats like Excel, Word, PDF, and HTML.
Email and Mail Merge
In one step, you can email reports and easily create mail-merges to send reports to customers, staff, and vendors. iCare has many standard letters like Fee Collection and Incomplete Records letters. If you want to create your own mail merge, you can select the fields you want to include and format the report in Microsoft Word (if you’d like). In iCare, you can email or print the saved letters to the contacts you want with just a click of the mouse.
Custom Report Maker
Create your own reports quickly. If you want to display information differently from iCare’s pre-built reports, just use the Data Browser. You can select your own fields, set the order in which the information shows up, and then save it for future use.
Dynamic Reports
For some users, having dynamic reports in which you can sort and filter data, create pivot tables, and take immediate actions on filtered data is important. In iCare, you can sort and filtering data and create pivot tables to view just a subset of data. For a function like billing, this can be very useful. Run batch billing on many customers or make specific adjustments to just a subset of families. You can also use standard tools like Count, Sum, Average, etc. to do quick verifications.

Report Formatting using Crystal API
iCare Management Software includes an easy to use Crystal Reports report-formatting wizard. With this report-formatting tool you can:

- Create headers and footers
- Format data in different styles
- Calculate running totals
- Create formulas and functions
- Insert photos
- Show or hide fields in a report
- Create groups and sub-groups for analyzing the report's data
- Calculate statistics like Sum, Count, Max, and Min
