Based on the configuration choices you make, this program looks at your data for the discrepancies you want to be tracked. When discrepancies are found, messages are generated and stored in the database for delivery to the appropriate person at assigned time or for immediate delivery. From iCare and edMaster Management Software, messages are delivered using one of several options available - Data terminals (also called keypads), touch screen monitors, email or web. All of these options are inexpensive and can be easily installed or configured.

Communicating using Email and Letters
From iCare and edMaster Management Software, you can make and email reports directly to one or many contacts in the database and the mail merge feature lets you print letters for groups of people. Although, you can print labels in iCare and edMaster, letter templates are set in a way that when the letters are tri-folded the printed address appears in the window of the envelop, so you don’t need labels to mail letters.

Messages to parents are delivered in the language pre-selected for the parent.

Communicating using the Web
The World Wide Web provides an excellent medium for communications. Orgamation offers a product named webDCMS, which integrates iCare and edMaster Management Software with web forms.
