Children's Scheduling

iCare Child Care Management Software allows two methods of scheduling for children that fit the scheduling and billing needs of child care centers, schools, extended day, subsidy programs and camps.

• Time-based Scheduling (Time In and Time Out)
• Type-based Scheduling (AM, PM, FT and PT, etc.)

For both of these scheduling methods, multiple schedules per child can be entered, which are automatically accounted for in reports, projections and billing by the start and end dates of the schedules. For every child, you can have upto all of the following schedules:

• Primary Schedule
• Multiple Temporary Schedules
• Future schedules

Staff Scheduling

With the Staff Scheduler, you can maintain a primary, meaning an ongoing, schedule or multiple temporary schedules if the schedule of the staff changes weekly or frequently.

• Temporary Schedules

When you make scheduling reports and projections, these multiple schedules are automatically accounted for by virtue of the start and end dates of all the schedules so you get a ‘true’ schedule without any data manipulation.
