Report Actions Tool

If you right-click on the grid view of any report, a pop-up window will open that has the following functions:

  • Drill-down to an individual form to see details or modify data
  • Jump to other reports
  • Do billing adjustments to individual accounts
  • Run batch bills through a very versatile Billing Filter process
  • Run ‘checks and balances’ – sum, count and average, etc. – for managerial inquiries

This tool will make a big difference in the way you work; instead of managing one-by-one, you will manage your center or school as a whole. You will be able to view, validate and analyze the data of your entire center at one time and be able to make the right decisions for your child care center or school. It is an excellent tool for both users and managers.

Data Browser for on-the-fly reports

With the Data Browser you can create custom reports on-the-fly using data fields from a combination of reports and forms. You simply click on a field in a report or form and click on the Data Browser icon and then continue with this process with the same report or form or another one.

The Data Browser has the following features:

  • Create custom reports on-the-fly
  • Pick and choose data fields for the ad hoc report from multiple reports and forms
  • Save the new report for repeated use

Report formatter using Crystal API wizard

iCare Management Software also includes an easy to use Crystal Reports report-formatting wizard. With this report-formatting tool you can:

  • Designate fields to show or hide in a report
  • Create groups and sub-groups for analyzing the report's data
  • Add report summaries; for example, sum, count, max, min and other statistics
  • Perform sorting and filtering

The formatting wizard also lets you select a report style from:

  • Standard
  • Executive
  • Table
  • Drop table, etc.

Recalling and Memorizing Reports

The custom reports that you make can be saved and recalled, so that you can use them repeatedly.

The custom reports can be deleted at any time so that your collection of reports is kept organized.

Get All the Data from the Database

With a single click of a button, you can get all the data from the database that pertains to that report.

Label Printing

You can print standard labels for family, staff and vendor addresses.

The label printing feature lets you select specific locations on a standard Avery® label sheet, so you can utilize all the labels on a sheet and not waste any.

Email Link

Every report in iCare can be attached to an email as:

  • An Excel file
  • A PDF file

Excel link

The entire data in any report can be taken to an MS Excel sheet by just one click of a button.
