Low transaction fee for ACH processing:

There is no discounting on ACH processing. However, the small transaction fee is flat for all sizes of transactions.

On-line payment processing:

You can have parents process their payments, by credit card or ACH, through iCareWeb, the web-based extension of iCare Management Software. The processed payments are integrated directly into iCare, so you do not have to do any data transfer or copying and pasting.

Single or batch processing:

You can process a single transaction or a batch. In either case, the transaction is processed directly from the iCare Software payment-entry forms. You don’t have to do anything outside iCare; no data transfer or copying and pasting.

Integrated transaction processing:

The electronic payment processing is integrated within iCare, so the payment is processed by the processing house and in iCare at the same time. You don’t have to wait to know the results of the processing. This is especially good if you are doing drop-in charges, where the transaction will be processed immediately and before the parents leave.

Transaction logs and reconciliation process:

The credit card or ACH transaction log along with the payment listing report from iCare give you a simple verification process. By getting totals and counts, you can quickly know if all the payments were processed correctly and that you did get your credits.

3” Receipt printing:

You can set up a 3” receipt printer to be the default printer for payment receipts, so you do not have to print full sheet receipts. The receipts print more information than just that payment; they print all the transactions of that day, the account balance and a line for getting the parent’s signature.

Keyed or swiped credit card processing:

You can process both types of transactions - hand entered or swiped.
