Touch Screen or Plain MonitorThe Lobby Interface program can be run from a touch screen monitor or a regular monitor with a keyboard and mouse. In any of the cases, you can set up a kiosk with a monitor and put the computer behind the wall or under a table. Children and Staff AttendanceYou can use the Lobby Interface for children or staff attendance. In just a few seconds a parent or staff member can check in or out and read their messages. MessagingYou can send individual or broadcast messages to parents or staff. You can schedule these messages for immediate delivery or for a future scheduled date. Messages are sent repeatedly until acknowledged by the recipient. Account Balance and Current StatementFrom a click of a button, parents can check their account balance or account history quickly. This way, they can independently write their checks on Monday morning without you having to look up their account manually or deliver printed account statements. RSVP Questions and Auto BillingYou can ask specific - Multiple choice questions

You can associate a cost to the choices of RSVP questions. If you do so and a parent selects one of those choices, then their account will get billed automatically for that amount. Some sample RSVP questions - What would your child like for lunch?

- What time will you pick your child today?
Bus ListFor quick check in and out of a group of children, you can set up bus lists. When you enter the bus code in the Lobby Interface one-by-one you will be prompted to check in or out all the children in that list. Live Attendance and Teacher-Child Ratio ControlThe attendance collected from the Lobby Interface runs the Attendance Profile Graph and the Teacher-Child Ratio Ticker in real-time. Without making reports you can quickly glance at iCare and know how your staffing and enrollment is doing in the various rooms. |
