The Membership Manager module allows you to track adult, family and teenager programs. Although the member database is independent of the children’s database, the children in the children’s database are available in the family membership program.

Membership Database

Membership: You can manage family or individual membership with easy maintenance of the member list.

Membership Activation and Deactivation: You can easily manage the activation and deactivation with start and end dates.

Memos and Activities Notepad: In the memos notepad, you can write notes on each member’s activities and needs, which can be organized under user-definable categories. Notes can be printed or emailed. This is an excellent tool for instructors who are monitoring the activities of their members.

Recurring and Non-Recurring Membership Fees: You can process one-time charges or set up recurring charges with start and end dates and billing periods such as – weekly, monthly, biweekly and so on.

Classes and Events for Members

The classes form can be used for managing:

• On-going or session-based classes
• One-time events
  

For each class or event, the participation list and billing process is integrated, so the management and billing of these classes are simple and easy.

The available tracking fields are:

• Class or Event Fees
• Starting Date of Session 
• Ending Date Of Session
• Instructor
• Start and End Times for the class on each day of the week
