Child Immunization Records Every state’s immunization schedule is pre-programmed in iCare Child Care Management Software. You only have to enter the dates of the children's shots; the next due dates are calculated automatically and the incomplete immunization report is refreshed. If your state’s schedule changes, you can modify the schedule yourself or just upgrade your version of iCare. Medical Data The medical data form includes the following fields: - Health insurance

Permissions and Paper Trail This form allows you to keep a trail on the children’s paperwork. Food Menus Planner This form allows you to maintain food items list, quickly create menus for a month and print formatted a menu.
