X-Charge Credit Card Processing

This software seamlessly integrates credit card processing in iCare or edMaster with the X-Charge credit card processor. Both methods of entering credit card data – swiping the card through a reader or keying the data - are supported. When a transaction is approved, the returned authorization number is directly recorded in the iCare or edMaster accounts ledger for parent and subsidy statements.

ACH Check Processing

This software add-on seamlessly integrates in to the Accounts Receivable module of ACH check processing in iCare or edMaster. You can process single transactions or multiple (batch) transactions. The software captures the authorization codes and records them with the payments.

QuickBooks Payroll Data Import

This program is built on QuickBooks APIs for easy integration of iCare or edMaster attendance data with the QuickBooks time card and payroll checks and withholdings system.

Great Plains eConnect Interface

This software interface write Great Plains compatible XML files for import and reads Great Plains written XML file to send to or get from the Great Plains software. The interfaces are customized to fit your Great Plains transaction system.

This program creates ADP Pay Data import files with attendance data from your iCare or edMaster database for processing of payroll checks and withholdings through ADP.
