What is iCareWeb? iCareWeb is a collection of web forms that work directly from your iCare or edMaster Management Software database. These forms can automate several of your daily tasks. They collect data or display data to the authorized parents and staff. Parents and staff can access these forms anytime from their home, office or a computer in the lobby at your school or center. The iCareWeb forms are run from your own computer system at the school and are available only to people you authorize. The combination of iCare or edMaster Management Software and iCareWeb provides an excellent hybrid solution to you. iCare and edMaster give you a very rich desktop application and iCareWeb gives you the 'anytime-anywhere' convenience of a web application. You can order the standard web forms available in the iCareWeb packages or order your own custom web forms from us for a nominal charge. It eliminates or reduces work Many of your routine tasks can be eliminated or reduced with iCareWeb This feature helps you manage many of your daily tasks, such as, enrollment and waiting list process, children and staff scheduling, electronic payment collection and record-keeping, etc. The forms work just like the iCare or edMaster applications. Unlike 'portal' solutions the data is not saved or transferred to and from a public database. Only parents and staff with authorized passwords can access a form and when they do they can see only their own data.
