From the software's ledger report, the user can simply double-click on any transaction  to open the RL Manager for editing.
 
RL Manager:
The management software RL Manager allows for quick methods for fixing wrong RL entries while keeping an audit trail.
iCare and edMaster Management Software's billing system leaves very little for correction or adjustment, but just in case, the management software provides a nice RL Manager.
