iCare comes with many free tools for training and support. The iCare Help Guide is a help toolbar that is located on the iCare interface (and can be opened through the Help menu). When you start iCare for the first time, the iCare Help Guide will display videos to show you the basics of iCare. As you click through iCare, the Help Guide will update and provide help videos and knowledge base articles pertaining to the form you are on.
The Help Video Library (located online) provides an extensive collection of videos that walk users through the basics, as well as more advanced features of the product.
The online Knowledge Base is a collection of articles written by Orgamation’s support team to answer questions that customers have had in the past on the product. The online Knowledge Base is comprehensive and updated frequently.
Webinars
For organizations with staff in many locations, we recommend training through a webinar. In a webinar, your staff members can join the session at the same time…both for audio and visual parts of the training. These webinars are live, interactive sessions, conducted by an engineer.
