Training Sessions When you first install our software, we provide you with up to (3) 50-minute sessions of on-line training. After that you can schedule more sessions as needed for training your staff. Training sessions are divided into two categories covering: - Basic Features – enrollment, waiting list, parent contracts, receivables and attendance management
- Advanced Features – staffing, scheduling, report making, user-defined fields and form making, template-printing, and food program
An agenda for the training sessions is developed in advance with the help of your director. All training sessions give you hands-on experience with the software, which helps you become independent in running the software quickly. If you install on a local or wide-area network and have IT staff managing it, then a separate training session is scheduled for them. Webinars for Groups If you have several staff members needing training, especially at different locations then we can provide internet training through a webinar. This saves you both time and money. In a webinar, all of your chosen staff members can join the session at the same time…both for audio and visual parts of the training.
